The Promised End combines the unforgettable music of Verdi's masterpiece REQUIEM with a one-woman monologue based on Shakespeare's KING LEAR. Not quite like anything else, the work was named the #1 Classical Music Event of that year by the Washington Post, and changed the course of history for IN Series. We proudly bring it back with a dynamic and brilliant cast of singers, as Nanna Ingvarrson reprises her role as Verdi/Lear in a production once more directed by Steven Scott Mazzola
