Half life-size rod puppets, performed Comedia del Arte style, tell Carlo Collodi's story of what it means to be "real". Share the trials and tribulations of the live puppet as he finds that the "easy way" isn't always the right way. This is the 40th anniversary of this production, which premiered at the Smithsonian Institution in 1964.
