In its inaugural production, Arcturus Theater Company will take on three mind-bending, absurd, and rarely seen short plays of Samuel Beckett January 24 to February 3, 2013. 3 by Samuel Beckett showcases the masterpiece, “That Time,” which will be delivered by Brit Herring in three different voices. Visual elements will be introduced to “Embers,” which was intended as a radio play, and will be enacted by John Brennan, accompanied by the voices of Wendy Wilmer, Joe Shaffner, and Anastasiya Orlova. Concluding the program will be “Rough for Theatre II,” featuring Kim Curtis, Ned Read, and Peter J. Orvetti. Sound design by J. Michael Whalen. Costume design by Adalia Vera Tonneyck.
