I last wrote a show in college, which I'll just say was last century. (And not right at the end of last century either.) Then I played it safe. Then in 2019 I said to myself, "Self, how can I invest the maximum time with the greatest likelihood of it being derailed by, say, an infectious disease pandemic?" and wrote another musical. I didn't really ask that, but in retrospect...
In any event, I wrote another musical, this time working with a talented composer named Justin Rayna. I am hosting an upcoming table read in Alexandria at this writing, and yes, I am new to this scene. I look forward to seeing this show staged, and beyond.
