Ben Bogen is a choreographer/performer/director now located in the DC area after being NYC based for 9 years. He will be making his DC theatrical debut in The Inheritance at Roundhouse Theatre as Charlie Wilcox this fall. Creative team credits include choreographing Spring Awakening at Clear Space Theatre Company in DE and chor/associate directing Jersey Boys at Sierra REP in CA. Performing credits: Frozen (Broadway- Olaf u/s) and on tour with Wicked (swing), Jersey Boys (Frankie Valli alternate/asst dance captain- NY and Tour), and Tina: The Tina Turner musical (swing/asst dance captain). His television credits include “Pose” on FX. Training: BFA in Musical Theatre from University of Michigan. Ben also wrote/directed/choreographed his own hit one man solo show “Teenage Dream” at the Green Room 42 in New York City. He has directed and choreographed for teen and educational theatre programs across the country/internationally including “Theatree” Winter Camp in Shanghai China, Myrtle Beach ACT, Beacon Center for the Performing Arts, Young REP, Texas Music Theatre, Fairfax Academy, and Washington Liberty High.
