What’s the best way to see the ever-evolving world of #dctheatre? By bicycle!

Back by popular demand, the #DCTheatre Bike Ride rolls again to celebrate Theatre Week! This free, community bike ride led by Prologue Theatre Founding Artistic Director Jason Tamborini — and with theatre-makers Lawrence Redmond, Helen Hayes nominated performer, and Jonathan Feuer, performer — will visit great stages (and bicycle paths) throughout DC. We'll start at Keegan Theatre in Dupont Circle and end at the REACH at the Kennedy Center. So strap on your helmet and explore the breadth and diversity of the DC theatre community.

This will be a relaxed-pace, NO DROP, approximately 15-mile ride. Please arrive at the start location at Keegan Theatre (1742 Church Street NW) at 9:45am with a helmet, bicycle lock, and mask (for when we go inside theatre spaces). The ride will depart at 10:00am. Snacks and water will be provided at stops along the route.

Please note that if you use a bicycle-share, there will not be opportunities to dock it along the ride—you will need to rent it for the entire ride period.

By registering for this event, you are acknowledging that you have read the liability waiver and agree to its terms. Participants under 18 years old will need a parent/guardian signature in advance.
