While we look for candidates with backgrounds in theatre production, from pre-show like setting props and tech checks, to show duties such as running cues, wardrobe changes, and acting as a back-up for manager by learning administrative duties, directly interfacing with patrons and scheduling other staff. Management experience is highly preferred and creative experience in the theatre industry is a plus.
