Director of Operations

The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and safety of Atlas’s 59,000-square-foot facility, including building systems, IT infrastructure, office tenants, and four performance venues. The role supervises the Operations Manager and ensures effective facilities, front-of-house, and maintenance operations. The Director partners with Production on venue readiness and with senior leadership on budgeting, staffing, and organizational priorities.
