Supervise the Associates' work to ensure quality standards and proper procedures. Resolve complaints or answer customer questions by email or phone. Monitor and assign cash drawers to associates. Assist with membership, ticket sales, and exchanges: process ticket donation and comps requests. Work with Tessitura. Carry out manifest, seating map, deliver them to the House Manager, and Assist them during the show's first half. Keep clean and organized the area. Assist the Box Office Manager.
