Nation-State: A Live Experiment invites a different guest artist each night to help us build the Smallest Country in the World.

There is only one rule: no rehearsals.

Guest artists, alongside Victor Salinas, build a country in real time. Every night, the script asks them to answer unresolved questions, fill unfinished spaces, and make the decisions that will shape the country they dream of living in together.

Developed through improvisation and a process of collective dramaturgy, Nation-State draws from memory, lived experiences, and the dilemmas we carry about borders, belonging, and the meaning of motherland.
