Join Unexpected Stage for an evening of intrigue. Following up on last year's acclaimed production of "Candy and Dorothy," we are excited to present Harold Pinter's "The Dumb Waiter" and Susan Glaspell's "Trifles." An edge-of-your-seat dark comedy, "The Dumb Waiter" introduces the audience to two hit men waiting in an abandoned basement for their next victim. As the building's dumb waiter starts to move, it becomes clear that things are not as they seem. A classic American one-act, "Trifles" is a captivating forensic mystery in a tradition running from Sherlock Holmes to today's hit tv shows. When a gruesome murder is committed in a small town, tiny clues lead to the discovery of a startling killer.
