Steven Franco (he/him/él) is a first-generation Guatemalan-American theatre artist, activist, and arts administrator, currently based and originally from the DMV area. He is a recent graduate of George Mason University, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre and is an alum of the Overtures Musical Theatre Institute at Signature Theatre. Steven focuses on pushing barriers and decolonizing theatre-making through performance, advocacy, and cultivating anti-racist practices in all theatre spaces. As an arts administrator, Steven recently finished serving as the very first Marketing Fellow for the Lin-Manuel Miranda Family Fellowship at the Tony Award®-winning, Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company in Washington, DC. Performance credits include Frida Libre at GALA Hispanic Theatre, Cinderella: A Salsa Fairytale at Imagination Stage, and Spring Awakening at Monumental Theatre Company. IG: @_stevenfranco
