Afua Busia is a first-generation Ivorian and Ghanaian-American actress from Maryland. She most recently appeared as Faith in Dust, a new play commissioned by Virginia Theological Seminary. Other regional credits include it's not a trip, it's a journey (Round House Theatre), Intimate Apparel (Utah Shakespeare Festival), School Girls; Or, the African Mean Girls Play (Berkeley Rep), and A Christmas Carol (A.C.T.). Afua received her MFA in Acting from American Conservatory Theatre in 2019.
