Meisner Technique I

Through a step-by-step progression of acting exercises developed by the famous acting teacher Sanford Meisner, including his iconic “Repetition,” students will develop their ability to work organically and to create truthful and expressive behavior. The exercises are designed to promote active listening, authentic reactions, concentration, imagination, and emotional connection.
