Join Tatyana Ridgeway of the Matthew Corozine Studio as they team up with The Actors' Center! This workshop's aim is to take a holistic view of creativity and will include the famous repetition exercise, as well as cold reads during workshops to help actors connect with their material.

Tatyana Ridgeway (she/her), a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, is a creator, acting coach, actor, voice actor, and writer in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. She values creativity as a vehicle to establish freedom for herself and others by mixing her joy, art, service to others, and appreciation of unprecedented narratives in a big ol' bowl. In physical spaces, Tatyana's most recent work includes "#ENOUGH: Plays to End Gun Violence" (1st Stage), "The Day That Nothing Happened" (Encore Stage & Studio), "Prayers of a King" (Encore Stage & Studio), "Now to Ashes" (THEATRE51), and "Body." (Capital Fringe Festival). Tatyana is a Meisner technique acting coach in the DC community with Matthew Corozine Studio. In digital spaces, she recently performed an original monologue titled "through my hair," a story of hair, a story of breast cancer, on YouTube. In addition, Tatyana debuted as a featured voice actor on the popular audio drama podcast "Feminist Fairytales".
