"Studio Acting Conservatory is the premier training institution for actors and directors in Washington, DC. For over 40 years, 10,000 alumni have gone on to important theatre and film careers. The Conservatory is led by a 20-member faculty of committed professionals who teach 500 students—of every age and background—each year. The Conservatory is also expanding its workshop offerings featuring some extraordinary names from the Washington theater community.
The Conservatory also serves disadvantaged DC communities through a scholarship program that provides a theatre curriculum for talented young people. Half of these students are on a full scholarship."
