YPT's Young Playwrights' Workshop Presents: "Chains of Suppression"

The human and mythical worlds intertwine in the 2014 Young Playwrights’ Workshop’s original play. Watch angels and dragons fight for their freedom in this exciting collage of experiences and perspectives!

Presented as part of CulturalDC's 2014 Source Festival. 

The Young Playwrights’ Workshop is YPT’s award-winning student theater ensemble. Members work together to create, develop, rehearse and perform an original play. A professional teaching artist helps the ensemble develop a foundation of theater skills that form the basis for creating new work. Students learn a diverse set of skills: improvisation, stage combat, clowning, solo performance and playwriting.
