Sister Mary Ignatius Explains It All For You and The Actor’s Nightmare by Christopher Durang

Performance Dates
-

“Sister Mary”, winner of the Obie Award, is a hilarious satire, irreverent in its bite into organized religion. Sister Mary Ignatius is all too delighted to educate us in the ways of the Catholic faith, adding her own editorials on sin. A group of her former students, bearing their loathing for their teacher’s past lessons, arrives with revenge in mind.

“The Actor’s Nightmare” After being told he is the replacement for an injured actor, George fumbles through lines and scenes, trying to figure out what play he is supposed to be in. Confusion and comedy ensue in this second Durang play. He finally finds his footing, just in time for a surprise ending.
