About the Venue:
The church is active in helping those in need, including the homeless, mentally ill, and hungry. It was Abraham Lincoln’s church during his presidency, and its pastor at that time, Phineas Gurley, was Lincoln’s spiritual advisor during the difficult and tiring last part of the president’s life. The stage holds at least a hundred sixty seats.
