The Education Expo connects area theatre education programs with youth that need them most, and helps individuals connect with new opportunities for engagement through theatre. A collection of online tools provides resources to parents and teachers. The grandFriends Club facilitates an engaging theatre-going experience across generations.

An interactive, comprehensive, online directory of classes, workshops, camps, after-school programs, residencies, and seminars—for children and adults.

A centralized forum for the region’s many theatre education programs to connect directly with public school educators and parents so they may identify and implement programming that best suits their students’ needs and curricula.

grandFriends Club
An intergenerational program for grandparents and grandfriends alike to share theatre with the young people in their lives by utilizing online tools to help select productions, resources for before and after the show, and a host of other customized benefits that facilitate the gift of theatregoing.

The Washington Theatre Legacy Project
A landmark program that, since 1994, has provided the tools, resources, and opportunities to incorporate theatre into the daily lives of area children, enriching, connecting, and strengthening the future generation of our community.
